As measured by
Perceived Stress Scale (Past Week Version): Perceived Stress Scale (Past Week Version) Score
The Perceived Stress Scale (Past Week Version) is a modified version of the classic stress assessment tool that evaluates stress levels based on recent experiences within the last week. This scale helps in understanding how various situations have recently affected an individual's feelings and perceived stress levels. By focusing on a shorter time frame, it provides a more immediate assessment of stress, which can be particularly useful for quickly evaluating the effectiveness of stress management strategies or interventions. The tool retains its original structure, ensuring its reliability while making it more relevant for current stress evaluation.

Let’s get something straight: no one really knows how good or bad porn is for us—especially not for you, personally. The science is still unfolding, and the internet is flooded with opinions, muddled with moral judgement, dressed up as facts. Some academic studies suggest links between excessive porn use and decreased sexual satisfaction or performance. At the same time, others view responsible use of porn as as a part of healthy sexuality.
So let's find out. This is the first in a series of studies looking at the impact of porn use on various aspects of men's mental health, sexual health and performance. Each study has some differences. But they all share a couple of very important tings in common. None are about judgment. It’s not about shame. We all come to this with an open mind. It’s about self-experimentation. You are the subject. Your life is the lab.
My Objective for You: To give you insights. Not dogma. By observing your behavior and then stepping away from porn for 30 days, you’ll get real, personal data—about your sexual function, desire, and stress related well-being. You might feel a shift. You might not. Either way, you’ll walk away with a deeper awareness of what drives you—and what doesn’t.
Aims & Objectives: This free study aims to evaluate the effects of a 30-day pornography abstinence on sexual health and well-being with a specific focus on your self-reported stress levels. Our objectives include assessing changes in sexual desire, erectile function, and overall well-being using validated surveys.
Why this Matters: In a world full of hot takes and half-truths, this study is about generating real insight—both for you, and for the broader conversation around porn, performance, and mental health. The outcome? A stronger foundation for smarter choices, better relationships, and a more dialed-in version of yourself.
This isn’t about quitting.
This is about knowing.
