| Description |
Participants will use The Wellness Enterprise structured-water product once daily for 30 treatment days. Each daily use will consist of consuming 16 fl oz of water prepared with the structured-water product during the scheduled task window. The protocol is designed to evaluate a consistent, isolated structured-water routine without adding other wellness behaviors that could make outcomes harder to interpret. |

Rational & Study Design
Reason I Created This Protocol:
Structured water gets bold claims online: better energy, cleaner focus, “higher vibe” hydration. The science is thinner than the buzz, but hydration routines can shape fatigue, quality of life, mood, and mindful self-observation. So we’re taking the chatter out of the comment section and putting it under a cleaner light: daily use, simple tracking, real measures, no wellness confetti.
My Objective For You:
My objective is to help you learn whether one consistent 16 fl oz structured-water routine, used daily for 30 treatment days, is associated with meaningful changes in your fatigue, perceived energy, quality of life, positive affect, and mindfulness from baseline to Day 33, without stacking extra habits that muddy the signal.
Aims & Objectives:
The aim is to evaluate whether a once-daily structured-water routine is associated with changes in validated measures of fatigue, quality of life, positive affect, and mindfulness in generally healthy adults. You’ll get personalized results showing how this routine lined up with your own experience, helping you decide whether it deserves a place in your day, your budget, or your “nice idea, not for me” file.
Significance & Impact:
This study matters because structured water is popular, personal, and often promoted with more heat than hard data. We expect to learn whether participants can stick with the routine and whether self-reported fatigue-related wellness, quality of life, mood, and self-development measures shift over time. Limitations include short duration, self-reported outcomes, no disease-treatment claims, and the possibility that expectation, attention, hydration consistency, or daily ritual—not the product itself—may influence results.
