Description

Participants will take one daily serving of electrolyte powder at a consistent time each morning for 30 treatment days. The routine is designed to examine how a standardized electrolyte intake may relate to hydration experience and sweat-related comfort during participants’ usual daily activities. Participants should keep their usual activity patterns unchanged so the electrolyte powder remains the primary intervention.
