Initiation cohort: independent treating-physician decision to START GLP-1 medication must precede enrollment. The treating physician must independently decide the participant’s medication initiation or discontinuation BEFORE enrollment. This study must not direct, induce or require that medication decision; it provides no medication initiation, withdrawal, tapering, dosing or timing instructions. Documentation requirements and medication-status windows remain pending clinical review. Emmanuel’s October 7 email prioritizes a weight-loss journey rather than targeting diabetes/prediabetes; this is not a finalized diabetes exclusion or a determination that participants are healthy. All other eligibility and safety criteria remain pending review.
