Protocol will give you the desired effect.
Participants must be age 18 or older, able to use WAVwatch as directed, able to complete remote study tasks, and willing to keep major stress-related treatments reasonably stable during the study. Individuals with severe or unstable mental health symptoms or an acute mental health crisis, known sound-triggered seizure risk, significant sound/device sensitivity, or another condition that makes WAVwatch use inappropriate should not participate without individualized clinical guidance. Material medication, therapy, supplement, or wellness changes during the study should be reported.
