Why I created this study: Skiers often face the challenge of maintaining strong immunity while braving the cold winter months. On social media and in popular press, there's a buzz about vitamin C being a miracle supplement for winter sports enthusiasts, though scientific evidence is often lacking. By running this study, we aim to provide a credible assessment of vitamin C's impact on skiers' immune systems and performance, bridging the gap between anecdotal claims and scientific validation. This study is crucial for providing skiers with evidence-based strategies to naturally boost their immunity and skiing performance.

My Objective for You: My goal is to evaluate the impact of vitamin C supplementation on your immune system and skiing endurance over a 10-day period.
