  • PROMIS Sleep Disturbance Scale: Over the past 7 days: I got enough sleep

It is designed to measure the severity of sleep disturbances and disruptions experienced by individuals. This scale includes a range of questions that assess the frequency and impact of various sleep-related issues, such as difficulty falling asleep, nighttime awakenings, and restless sleep. Healthcare professionals and researchers rely on this scale to better understand and quantify sleep problems in patients, enabling them to tailor interventions and treatment strategies to address sleep-related concerns effectively.

  • Oura Activity: Steps

    Oura Activity is a feature of the Oura Ring, a wearable health tracker. It is designed to help users monitor their physical activity and movement throughout the day. Oura Activity tracks metrics such as steps taken, calories burned, and active time to provide insights into daily physical activity levels. Users can access this data through the Oura mobile app, which also integrates with other health metrics, offering a holistic view of their well-being. This feature encourages individuals to stay active and make informed decisions about their daily activity patterns to promote a healthier lifestyle.
