Description |
This protocol aims to alleviate shoulder pain and enhance mental health through a progressively intensive physical activity regimen and mindfulness practices. The regimen, drawing inspiration from professional hockey training routines, incorporates weight training, specific shoulder exercises, stretching, and cardio. These activities gradually intensify over 90 days. Concurrently, mindfulness practices such as meditation or yoga are incorporated to support mental health. |
