Description |
Participants will engage in a daily ice bath routine for four weeks. Each ice bath session will last 5 minutes and will be conducted at a consistent time each day. Participants will self-administer the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scales (DASS-21) Survey and the General Life Satisfaction Survey before the treatment begins and after four weeks of daily practice. |
